- Roping systems: N roping and multiple stringing
- Field-interpretation and choosing the itinerary
- Anchoring in snow and ice: buried ice-axe, buried skis, screw placement
- Ascension through rope
- Simple and combined hoists for glacial rescue
- Making a full glacial rescue exercise

- Mountaineering boots, cross-country boots and cross-country skis
- 35l bag
- Impermeable jacket
- Impermeable trousers
- Warm clothes
