This course is addressed to people with experience in alpine skiing who want to improve their technique both in ascension and descents, and improve their knowledge to practice is in a safely way, with a higher level and more autonomously.

Contenidos
- Emergency repairing material
- Improving descending technique, skier position and technique.
- Interpreting the terrain and choosing the safe itinerary in a snowy mountain.
- Nivology and advanced avalanches. Snow cover stability test, compaction test and extended column test.
- Descending strategies depending on the terrain and the snow cover stability.
- Arva protocol, use and rescue in case of avalanches with more than one victim.
- Mountain roping focused in alpine skiing: multiple roping, securing to avoid a concrete difficulty and glacial roping.
- Logistic and strategies to plan several day journeys.

- Alpine skiing material: cross-country boots, cross-country skis, speedskin, razors and sticks
- Mountain boots

- Harness
- Three HMS carabiners
- A 7 mm and 1,5 mtrs line
- A 50 mtrs double rope
- A 1,80 mtrs flat sewed band
- Impermeable jacket
- Impermeable trousers
- Warm clothes
- 2 pairs of gloves
- Bonnet
- Sun and blizzard glasses
- Food and water
